Responsibilities:

• Work within the Proposition team as the SME on data and insight with a deep understanding of customer dynamics and the product set.
• Support proposition and pricing development by identifying opportunities and risks, quantifying likely financial and customer impacts.
• Lead recommendations on some initiatives through to completion.
• Create, manage and optimise a robust data set for decision making using customer data, competitor insight and market trends.
• Be the lead liaison with third-party providers of market data, in-house data teams and Finance to ensure solid, documented, and refreshed foundations for decision-making.
• Maintain first-line Risk/Compliance defence by ensuring adherence to processes designed to meet FCA rules and guidance.
• Make informed risk decisions and credibly challenge management recommendations within the Risk Management Framework.

Essential Experience:

• Background in using data analytics and data modelling to solve business problems.
• Technical capabilities to include SAS and Snowflake.
• Ability to use modelling software, access data sources and optimise their performance.
• Ability to work with third-party research and data partners on projects.
• Ability to extrapolate conclusions from large data sets and present them clearly to a non-technical audience.
• Deep understanding of commercial drivers and revenue sources within the business.

Job Title: Data Reporting Analyst

Job Duration: 12 Months

Job Location: Remote(North Yorkshire)

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

Create, manage and optimise complex Excel spreadsheets and data sets

Collaborate with internal teams to identify reporting requirements

Automate manual reporting processes where possible

Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting outputs

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Support colleagues with IT and data-related queries

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

Demonstrable experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards

Competent in Microsoft Word and general ICT skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Familiarity with data modelling and extraction principles is advantageous.

Job Title: Power BI Analyst

Job Title: AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build and run production LLM applications end to end, from use case design through to live service – retrieval logic, prompt design, orchestration and the APIs behind them
• Design and implement RAG solutions, including chunking and embedding strategy, vector indexing and retrieval filtering that enforces user entitlements at the data layer
• Establish how answer quality is measured – define evaluation sets, baseline performance before release and re-evaluate after any change to prompt, model or document set
• Take experimental work from data scientists into production, including code review, refactoring for modularity, dependency handling and making it reproducible
• Own the model and prompt lifecycle in MLflow – tracking, registry, versioning, promotion and rollback. Ensure training and inference remain consistent
• Execute promotion of models and use cases into production serving, against a governance approved admission policy
• Deploy AI inference services into OpenShift and Azure with CI/CD pipeline in GitLab, comprehensive monitoring, logging and alerting, and secrets management
• Monitor live AI services into OpenShift and Azure for answer quality, drift, latency and cost, investigate regressions and trace cost increases to their cause
• Work with data scientists, data engineers, platform engineers and business stakeholders to industrialise AI use cases, and support the evolution of the AI ecosystem.

Job Title: Generative AI Engineer

Location: Fully Remote(London)

Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) using tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph
• Familiarity with vector databases for embedding and indexing operations
• Proficiency with modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
• Strong experience with cloud platforms — GCP or AWS preferred
• Select, fine-tune, and adapt existing machine learning models, open-source LLMs, or vision architectures to meet specific business needs rather than training models from scratch.
•  Build robust data pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering. Set up scalable infrastructure (cloud or hybrid) to host and train models.
