Responsibilities :
- Develop end-to-end digital performance management solutions, including dashboards, automated reports and visual performance packs
- Improve reporting efficiency, automation and insight generation utilising AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Leverage advanced data modelling, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and automation techniques to improve the quality, scalability, and efficiency of performance reporting
- Create clear dashboards, visual reports and leadership-ready slide packs from complex data
- Identify, develop, and implement innovative digital solutions that enhance performance management processes, improve reporting efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain the project end-to-end data model and analytics framework
- Provide technical support for data ingestion, reporting failures and issue resolution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve digital performance management, dashboards and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of data, reporting and automation processes
